The essence of good after sales service is primarily associated with customer satisfaction. It mainly depends on the quality of service delivery and quality of product supplied. The quality of service rendered in the sector comes from the perceived quality at the dealer ship.

 A continuous effort and follow should be made to satisfy the customer all the time. Therefore, the company is well organized with manpower and workshop facility to meet the demand of all services required. The numbers of technicians and maintenance capacities are increasing from time to time. The workshop is currently equipped with all modern diagnosis instruments to carry out maintenance works on sites with more than 17 well trained and technical personnel.

The workshop at head office covered an area of 1193m2. currently there are 17 technician /Mechanics and 3 Engineers. There are seven working days and field work. Types of services delivered are: Supply of spare parts, Maintains /Repair, Field Service, On Job/operators training and warranty Service.

GEP has fully equiped mobile service outside Addis. The company have one truck crane, Toyota pickups, 3 Tata pick up, and 1 Mazda Pick-up and 1 Hager pickup for service outside Addis
